Carrie Kerskie

Director, Identity Fraud Institute Hodges University

Carrie Kerskie is a highly sought-after national speaker, trainer, author and consultant on the topics of identity theft, fraud and data privacy. She is the author of the book, Your Public Identity; Because Nothing is Private Anymore and a contributing writer for Agingcare.com and Naples Daily News. Carrie has been quoted in numerous publications such as Real Simple magazine and TechRepublic.com. She appears regularly on NBC-2, ABC-7, Fox 4, NPR and WINK News.

In 2014 Congressman Diaz-Balart lauded Carrie with a Congressional Record for her work on identity theft. In 2015 Carrie was the driving force behind strengthening Florida’s identity theft laws including making business identity theft a crime in the state.

 Negotiation Tips for Women: How to Negotiate Effectively

Presented by Rebecca M. Vaccariello

Rebecca Vaccariello is a litigation attorney at Salvatori, Wood, Buckel, Carmichael & Lottes.  Rebecca focuses her practice on civil litigation matters involving trust and estate litigation, guardianships, real estate litigation, and contract and business disputes.  Rebecca was admitted to the New York bar in 2000, the Florida Bar in 2010 and the United States Supreme Court in 2013.  A native of New York, Rebecca previously served as a judicial law clerk to a civil trial judge in New York for over five years, and, prior to that, worked for six years in a general practice litigation firm in New York.

Rebecca moved to Naples, Florida in 2012 and presently sits on the board of the Collier County Housing Authority as Chair of the Board of Commissioners, the Collier County Women’s Bar Association (CCWBA) as Treasurer, and Legal Aid Services of Collier County as an Advisory Board Member.  Rebecca is a proud graduate of the Leadership Collier Foundation (LCF)’s Growing Associates in Naples (GAIN) Class of 2013, and she was the Program Chair for GAIN Class of 2014 and presently serves as Chair of the LCF Alumni Association’s Events and Outings Committee.  Rebecca is a member of the Florida Bar’s Judicial Administration and Evaluation Committee and an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, where she sits on two committees:  the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee and the Guardianship and Power of Attorney Committee.

Rebecca received the Young Professional Initiatives Volunteer of the Year Award from the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce for 2013-14; was named Attorney of the Month for Collier County Legal Aid Services for August 2015; was awarded a Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL) Leader in the Law Award in 2016; and will receive the Attorney of the Year award from Collier County Legal Aid Services later this month.

Georgia Beasley is a multimedia force with a specialty of speaking millennial to achieve success in all aspects of business. Georgia’s professional background includes more than a decade of growing media sales revenues in broadcast, digital and non-traditional revenue.  Georgia has held the role of general sales manager and digital sales manager in Beasley Media Group’s Augusta, Georgia, Miami, Florida and Wilmington, Delaware clusters. Most recently, she has relocated back to Florida in the Ft. Myers market as the Director of Digital.

Georgia has a distinct perspective as both employee and manager with various formats, revenue streams, and in a variety of market sizes from big and medium to small. It is this 360º knowledge of the industry that allows Georgia to inform any market on how to best approach growth; even more than that, Georgia aims to help each team understand how to earn their “unfair share” and set themselves up for long term success.

Her passion is advancing radio in the digital space and exploring new opportunities as they evolve.  Georgia graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She has bachelor’s degrees in both communications and women’s studies. Georgia lives in Estero, FL with her 5 year-old son, Bobby and 2 ½ year-old son, Zayn.

 CCSO Chief Stephanie Spell

Chief Stephanie Spell heads the Community Engagement Department within the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.  As a member of Sheriff Kevin Rambosk’s executive command staff, she provides leadership for several law enforcement bureaus, including Public Information and Media Relations, Crime Prevention, Planning and Research, Victim Advocate, Senior Services, Minority Affairs and Volunteers.
 Chief Spell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Safety Management and a Master’s Degree in Administration.  She has been with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office since 1987. In addition,  she is an adjunct professor at Barry University and currently serves on the board of directors of Collier Child Care Resources, Inc., Leadership Collier Foundation, and the League of Courageous Women and as president of the board of directors of Youth Haven.
Chief Spell also serves on the Grievance Committee of The Florida Bar and is a graduate of  the FBI National Academy’s Florida Executive Development Seminar, Leadership Collier and Leadership Florida.  Chief Spell is the co-author of the book “The People’s Commissioner Donna Fiala” (The Seymour Agency, 2017) and she was also named as one of the 2013 Women of Power by Florida Weekly. Chief Spell is an accomplished outdoorswoman who enjoys fly fishing, skeet shooting and adventure travel.
